People thought they were mad when founders Steve Hindy and Tom Potter quit their jobs and started selling Brooklyn-branded beer. And if their brewer likes it, you probably will, too. Very small, in fact, with just one-gallon batches. They’ve since grown their operation, but keep that small-batch feel by off ering a wide range of seasonal and limited release brews of every shade and fl avor. Of course, they’ve got year-round favorites like the Mermaid Pilsner and Coney Island Lager. They make a line of hard sodas, which are wholesome, with an edge.
