Kenny and Ziggy’s has been touted in press reviews ranging from “Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives” to the L.A. For 70 years we have purveyed the finest kosher delicatessen and catering anywhere. In an ever changing world there are few constants, we pride ourselves on doing today what we have done from our inception. Hand selecting and smoking our pastrami, carefully dry curing (21 days) our corned beef, using the same formulas brought from the old country. Our menu is constructed around recipes that follow family traditions, bringing forth the taste of the old world. Pride, tradition and family come together and form the principles that guide us. Happily, this was noticed when we were selected to cater Air Force One and again when we were featured on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives and included in the movie Deli Man which is a documentary film. It’s the history, anecdotes and humor that once made one’s local delicatessen the virtual epicenter not only of food, but of family, laughter and community and Ben’s Best is still doing that 70 years strong! Further, a Zagat Review and rating of 25 was truly a high honor. We lovingly say, it’s not the last 70 years that concern us… it’s the next 70 years!
