Founder Bill Loesch, 26, has always had a passion for food and hospitality. He left Wall Street in 2015 to pursue a new venture: Baya Bowls. Bill and his partners soon realized that, while Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, was filled with people of different cultures, traditions, and cuisines, organic and vegan products were in very limited supply. It didn't take long for them to turn inspiration into creation. Baya Bowls was born. The highly successful Bay Ridge location has paved the way for our Staten Island opening. We are offering organic açai, pitaya, kale and coconut bowls, smoothies, cold press juices and more, all made to order!
