was thereafter
assigned to Plaintiff, by
assignment(s) of mortgage,
covering premises
known as 198 Grafton
Street, Brooklyn, NY
11212 (Block 3551 and
Lot 43). The relief sought
in the within action is a
final judgment directing
the sale of the premises
described above to satisfy
the debt described
above. To the above
named Defendants: The

to an Order of the Hon.
