The fi rst Saturday of fall will
include a special celebration

amazing new courtyards built for
lively places to play, relax and enjoy
the great outdoors just steps away

LeFrak City campus. Th e event will
include block-party-style festivities
for all ages to enjoy, and is exclusively
for the 14,000 LeFrak City

made to the Center and
East Courtyards aim to give LeFrak
City residents the convenience of

Courtyard features a great circular
lawn featuring new trees and seats.

the new swimming pool opened to
the public on Aug. 25 (the pool will

With the Courtyard improvements
