LEFRAK CITY PARKING Modernization Completed Parking at LeFrak City has been greatly improved after a very extensive modernization of the outdoor parking lot and underground garage which provides monthly parking primarily to residents living in Sections 1 and 2 of LeFrak City. The construction was completed in September, and the scope of work included new plantings, fencing and lighting as well as new garbage compactor areas. In addition, extensive repairs to the structural parking deck and modernizations to the garage below grade were conducted. The breadth of work required the joint efforts of engineers and architects. O&S Associates were the structural engineers, and Matthews Nielsen were the architects behind the new landscaping. Cosentini Associates served as the consulting engineer for plumbing and electrical systems.
