Elite Management was initially brought in to manage the two pools and in 2015 their contract was expanded to include the day to day running of the Clubhouse itself. Stanley explained that hiring Elite made sense for the community. He stated that a professional management company will make sure that the place is well maintained and that Elite is answerable to Management. He indicated that the Le Havre Board and Management have been very pleased with Elite’s service, which is headed by Nick Santo and his staff. Nick comes to LeHavre with several years’ experience at Elite, having worked his way up from a summer job as a teenager at the Bay Terrace Country Club and on to managing its club and later, the spa at the Towers at Water’s Edge. The LeHavre Clubhouse is by far the most active site at which Nick has worked, and he is thoroughly enjoying the experience. “I like to see the people coming back with positive feedback and working with LeHavre Management to make the Club run great,” Nick said. Stanley indicated that proper personnel is needed to manage the Club and that, over the years, he has seen the clubhouse become a major luxurious amenity for all of Le Havre’s residents. He stated that the feedback from residents has always been extremely positive and now more so than ever before
