Borough President Adams held up a sample of a baby card that his office has
distributed at hospitals across Brooklyn, educating new mothers on breastfeeding
and parental resources, at a bill signing in Brooklyn Borough hall
where Mayor Bill de Blasio signed legislation that Borough President Adams
co-authored with Council Members Laurie Cumbo and Robert Cornegy, Jr. to
create publicly-accessible spaces for nursing babies or pumping milk.
