Farmingdale High School students have plenty
to cheer about. The Dalers came one game shy of
becoming 2013’s Division 1 Conference Champs,
getting edged out by Sachem at the championship
game. But football isn’t the only source of school
spirit in Farmingdale—a robust academic program,
a communal spirit that runs through the hallways,
and its commitment to producing high levels of
student achievement as indicated by high scores on
state assessments and Regents exams show that the
district is cheering on their students, too.
