SALAMANCA ATTENDS ST. ANSELM’S CAREER DAY
Councilman Rafael Salamanca joined the Pre-K students of St. Anselm School for Career
Day. After discussing the work that happens at City Hall, Salamanca administered the oath
of offi ce to each class proclaiming them honorary council members for the day!
LEHMAN HOSTS CITY HALL IN YOUR BOROUGH
NYC Department of Cultural Affairs announced the 10 recipients of the second Mayor’s Grant
for Cultural Impact, a grant program that supports partnerships between cultural organizations
and City agencies to address pressing civic and social issues at Lehman College
on Thursday, January 31. Lehman will work with PEN America to offer tuition-free writing
workshops for undocumented immigrants in a program called DREAMing Out Loud.

HUDSON UNITED MORTGAGE GRAND OPENING
Hudson United Mortgage held the grand opening of its Sales and Processing center, Thursday,
January 10 at their newest offi ce location at 570 Taxter Road in Elmsford. Over 150
guests were in attendance including Lisa Sorin Bronx Chamber of Commerce president,
Paul Feiner, supervisor of Town of Greenburg; Barry Kramer, Hudson Gateway Association
of Realtors president and many others attended to show their support and best wishes for
Hudson United Mortgage.
