Wednesday, February 20 to meet with students and faculty and watch learning come to life
in the MTA STEM Lab.

honor the memory of the late Rev. Dr. Martin
Luther King, Jr.

The City Island Theater Group presented ‘A Few Good Men’ from Friday, February 22 to Sunday,
March 3. Directed by Elizabeth Paldino, the production’s cast included Benjamin Beruh
as William Santiago, Phil Dante as Dr. Walter Stone, Dennis DeLeo as Isaac Whitaker, Scott
Harwood as Sam Weinberg, Gary Krigsman as Judge Julius Randolph, Thomas Losito as
lawyer/corporal Dunn/sergeant at arms, Dakota Martin as Joanne Galloway, Robert McEvily
as Jack Ross, Jack McGuirk as Jeffrey Howard, Joseph Montano as Matthew Markinson,

CITY ISLAND THEATER’S A FEW GOOD MEN
St. Barnabas High School hosted ‘International Day of Women and Girls in Science’ on Monday,
February 11 in tandem with the United Nations.
GJONAJ HONORS ST. BENEDICT’S POSTER WINNERS
Councilman Mark Gjonaj congratulated St. Benedict’s School students Ashima Bacchus,
Grade 3; Kaylee Maisonette, Grade 4; Lauren Dominguez, Grade 5; Logan Schorr, Grade 6;
Anthony Musachio, Grade 6; Mikaela Pagan, Grade 7 and Rachel Evans, Grade 8, on being
named this years’ winners of his offi ce’s Black History Month Poster Contest.
Councilman Gjonaj thanked this year’s winners for their creative works.
