Police responded to a slashing at Party City in Throggs Neck at 1 p.m. on Thursday,
March 14. According to police, a man approached a 24-year-old victim inside of the
store and slashed him in the face, head and arm. Police are currently looking for the
perpetrator and three men who stood lookout. The victim was taken to Jacobi Medical

41st Precinct
Monday, Friday, February 25 at 3 a.m. -- The
NYPD is asking for the public’s assistance in ascertaining
the whereabouts of two unidentified men
sought for questioning in connection with a robbery
at an IRT #6 subway station. The incident took
place at the Whitlock Avenue station. The victim, a
53-year-old man, was walking through a connector
between the southbound and northbound platforms
when he was approached from behind by two
unidentified men and an unidentified woman who,
acting in concert, punched the victim and took his
wallet. Inside the wallet was an iPhone 8 and a debit
card. The unidentified males and female fled the
station. They are described as two Hispanic males
and one Hispanic female in their teens. The victim
suffered pain and swelling to his face, however, he
refused medical attention. Later, the two unidentified
male teens used the victim’s debit card to make
an unauthorized purchase at a McDonald’s at 724
E. 241st Street. The two unidentified male suspects
are shown below.
42nd Precinct
Monday, February 11 at 2:45 p.m. -- The NYPD
is asking the public’s assistance identifying the individual
depicted in the attached surveillance photo in
connection to a forcible touching incident. A 13-yearold
female was travelling aboard the Bx21 bus near
Southern Boulevard and East 174th Street when an
unknown man placed his hand on her buttocks and
inner thigh. The victim immediately instructed the individual
to stop and the male exited the bus at East
Tremont Avenue and East 177th Street. The victim refused
medical attention. The individual is described
as a male Hispanic, approximately 25-years-old, 5’9”
tall, stocky build, brown eyes, brown hair, a beard and
a medium complexion. He last seen wearing a hooded
dark colored Champion sweatshirt and he was carrying
a cardboard box. Surveillance video and photos
were obtained from Bx 21 bus (see photo).
43rd Precinct
Tuesday, February 5 at 4 a.m.-- The NYPD is
seeking the public’s assistance in identifying two
males wanted for questioning in connection to a robbery.
Two men with a gun approached the 35-yearold
male victim in the vicinity of Westchester Avenue
and Wheeler Avenue and demanded his property. The
two men took the victim’s iPhone X and $300 before
fleeing in unknown direction. One of the individuals
is described as a man who is Hispanic and has a
light-complexion. Another is described as a Hispanic
man with a dark complexion. Both are approximately
20-years-old. The NYPD’s Deputy Commissioner for
Public Information’s office provided photos of the suspects.
45th Precinct
Thursday, March 14 at 1 p.m.-- The NYPD is
asking for the public’s assistance in identifying males
wanted for questioning in connection to an assault
at a Party City store located at 815 Hutchinson River
Parkway. A male approached a 24-year-old man,
the victim, and slashed him in the head, face and arm
with an unknown sharp object. Three other males
stood nearby as lookouts during the assault. Afterwards,
all four fled the location on foot in an unknown
direction. The victim suffered significant lacerations
and was taken to Jacobi Medical Center in serious but
stable condition.
The person seen in a surveillance video slashing
the victim is described as a male black. He was last
seen wearing a gray hooded sweater with neon green
writing on the front and a neon green skull on the
back, blue jeans and dark colored sneakers. Photos
of the individuals who were lookouts are also available
(see photos).
46th Precinct
Wednesday, February 13 at 11:45 a.m.-- Police
are asking the public’s assistance identifying a male
wanted for questioning in regard to a forcible touching
incident that occurred aboard a northbound IRT #4
train, which is within the NYPD’s Transit District 11. A
30-year-old female victim was sitting in a seat aboard
a train at the Mount Eden and East 176th Street station
when an unidentified male sat down next to her
and grabbed the victim’s thigh and buttocks several
A pedestrian is recovering after being struck while crossing outside of a crosswalk
in Soundview. On Thursday, March 14 at 6:15 a.m., 43rd Precinct police offi cers responded
to a report of a pedestrian struck by a SUV at Story and Rosedale avenues.
According to police, the SUV was traveling southbound on Rosedale Avenue and the
pedestrian was crossing mid-block of Rosedale Avenue from east to west outside of
a marked crosswalk. The driver remained on the scene after striking the pedestrian.
EMS transported the pedestrian to Jacobi Hospital in critical, but stable condition.
The incident remains under investigation, however police said it does not appear

not injured during this incident.
The person wanted for questioning is described
as a male Hispanic, approximately 20 to 30 years
of age, 5’10” and 230 pounds. This person was last
seen wearing a black jacket, black skull cap, black
headphones and gray sweatpants (see photo of the
individual taken from a nearby bus’ security cameras
in the vicinity of the incident).
