TWO ARRESTED IN CONNECTION WITH HOMICIDE
Police have arrested two men in connection with a homicide at Bainbridge Avenue
and East 194th Street. According to police, Obed Admez and Mario Almonte were
arrested on Sunday, December 16 for their alleged involvement with Angel Reyes-
Godoy’s death. Police offi cers from the 52nd Precinct responded to a report of a
vehicle collision at Bainbridge Avenue and East 194 Street on Monday, December 10
at 5:58 p.m. Upon arrival, police offi cers discovered Angel Reyes-Godoy, a 17-year-old
Fordham resident, with severe head trauma. EMS transported Reyes-Godoy to St.
Barnabas Hospital where he was pronounced deceased. An investigation revealed
that a 2009 Ford E-250 ambulette was traveling northbound on Bainbridge Avenue
when Reyes-Godoy emerged from between two parked cars and was struck. The ambulette’s
operator remained on scene. The NYPD’s Collision Investigation Squad is
investigating the incident as a homicide. Investigators believe that Reyes-Godoy was
arguing with the suspects when one of the men shoved him between the two cars
and into the roadway. Adames, 18, faces assault and disorderly conduct charges and

HUTCHINSON RIVER PKWY. MULTI-VEHICLE COLLISION
Police responded to a multi-vehicle collision on Friday, December 7 at 5:30 p.m. at the
Hutchinson River Parkway near Exit 3E. According to police, a driver of a 2013 Honda
Mazda stated he stopped in traffi c and was rear ended by a school bus. The driver of
the fi rst bus stated that after he hit the Mazda he was rear-ended by another school
bus. No students were hurt on either bus. The drivers complained of pain, but did not
sustain any injuries. No arrests or summonses were issued following the incident.

40 Precinct
Monday, December 17 at 2:13 p.m -- Police
received a report of a robbery taking place
on board a Bx 2 bus. An individual slashed two
women on the bus with an unknown sharp object
following a verbal dispute that turned physical. A
22-year-old suffered victim suffered lacerations to
her face and head and a 20-year-old suffered a
laceration to her left arm. Both victims exited the
bus on East 149th Street and Morris Avenue and
went to Lincoln Hospital. The individual fl ed the
scene in a green SUV after leaving the bus. The
individual is described as a black woman who is
between 30-year-old and 35-years-old. She was
last seen wearing a dark colored baseball cap, a
black waist-length coat, black pants, black and
white sneakers and she carried a black shoulder
purse and a small white dog.
43 Precinct
Sunday, December 16 at 8:41 p.m. --Cops
responded to a 911 call of a motor vehicle collision
involving a pedestrian near 950 Evergreen
Avenue. When cops got to the scene, they found
EMS providing emergency care to an unconscious
55-year-old man. EMS subsequently transported
the male to Jacobi Medical Center where he was
pronounced dead. A 59-year-old man who was the
driver of the vehicle remained at the scene. The investigation
is ongoing by the NYPD’s Highway Patrol
Collision Investigation Squad.
47 Precinct
Monday, November 19 at 12:02 p.m. -- The
Yonkers police department found a homicide victim
outside of a bank. A body was stuffed into a
duffel bag and left near a dumpster. The deceased
man sustained multiple stab wounds on his body
and was pronounced deceased at the scene. Further
investigation led investigators and NYPD personnel
to 1930 Schiefelin Avenue in the Edenwald
Houses. The investigation is ongoing as of press
time.
49th Precinct
Wednesday, December 12 at 12:20 p.m. --
Police responded to a 911 call of an assault near
Cruger Avenue and Maran Place. Cops were able to
determine that a 41-year-old woman was sexually
assaulted inside of her apartment. EMS responded
and transported the rape victim to an area hospital
for observation. She suffered bruising to her face,
neck, and back. The individual described in connection
with the incident is a Hispanic man with a medium
complexion, brown eyes and a thin build. He was
between five feet, ten inches and six feet, two inches
tall. He spoke with a Spanish accent. A sketch
of the man is available and seen on this page. The
individual was seen wearing a black hoodie, black
sweatpants, a black mask and black gloves.
Cops in the 49th Precinct are looking to question someone meeting this description in connection
with a rape.
