BRONX COMMONS TOPPING OFF CEREMONY
BFC Partners and the Women’s Housing and Economic Development Corp. held a ceremony on Friday, January 11 to commemorate the topping out of construction at Bronx Commons, an
affordable housing complex and cultural center in Melrose. Bronx Commons, jointly developed by BFC and WHEDco with city and state support, is 100% affordable development totaling
305 affordable apartments. The centerpiece of the development is the state-of-the-art 300-seat Bronx Music Hall, which will host performing arts concerts and exhibits in both indoor
and outdoor performance spaces.

program and their tournament trip to Albany.
