Dime Community Bank hosted its Dime Homebuyers Expo on Saturday, March 2 at Dime Community Bank - Soundview Branch on 1931 Turnbull Avenue. The expo featured a free homebuyers
workshop by S. Borghei-Razavi, Esq., Razavi Legal P.C. CEO, and meet with Dime’s expert home loan team to learn everything they needed to know to help get from application to closing.

Approximately 40 Bronx AARP volunteers traveled by bus to Albany on Wednesday, February 27 to
urge state legislators to support four key initiatives in the state budge due on Monday, April 1.
Bronx AARP volunteers were stationed outside of Assembly Speaker Carl Heastie’s offi ce.

FDNY CAPTAINS CELEBRATE 40 YEARS OF SERVICE
With over 120 years of combined service to the FDNY and citizens of NYC, Bronx captains
Joe ‘The Prince’ Principio, Tower Ladder 58; Richard Kirschner, Engine 88 and Frank Vignail,
Division 7, met on Arthur Avenue.
