BRONX ASTHMA RATE DISCUSSED
The Health Department’s Bronx Neighborhood Health Action Center hosted a naloxone training

On Friday, March 8, Councilman Ritchie Torres joined public housing residents to announce a
new anti-asthma agenda to help reduce asthma rates in the Bronx. Torres highlighted the top
ten neighborhoods impacted by asthma in NYC, seven of which are in the Bronx.
