WATER MAIN BURSTS IN ALLERTON
41st Precinct
Friday, April 5 at 9:50 a.m. -- The NYPD is
asking the public’s assistance in identifying individuals
(see photo) wanted for questioning in connection
to a robbery.
Police got a report of an incident that occurred
inside of the Hunts Point Avenue subway
station on the #6 line. A 14-year-old male victim
was standing on the south-bound platform when
he was approached by two unidentified individuals.
The individuals, two males, demanded the victim’s
property, taking the victim’s iPhone 7 Plus cell
phone, his wallet and a MetroCard. The individuals
then fled the scene.
One of the individual sought for identification is
a black man, approximately 16-year-old, and 5’8”
tall with a slim build and a light complexion. He
was last seen wearing a dark green hooded jacket,
white pants and dark colored sneakers.
The second individual sought for identification
by police is a black man who is 18-years-old and
6’0” tall with an average build. This person was last
seen wearing a blue hooded jacket, black pants
and dark colored sneakers.
Friday, April 19 at 11:40 a.m. -- The NYPD is
asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a
man (see photo) wanted for questioning in connection
to a robbery.
Cops got a report that in front of 421 Faile
Street, a 44-year-old male victim was approached
by an unidentified male who had a gun and demanded
the victim’s property. The male forcibly
removed approximately $900 from the victim’s
pocket and then fled in an unknown direction. The
victim was not injured as result of this incident.
The person wanted for questioning is described
as a black man between 20-years-old
Firefi ghters responded to a water main break on Saturday, April 27 at Allerton and
Bronxwood avenues. The pipe burst while construction was taking place at the site
causing water to fl ood the street. Firefi ghters, Con Edison and NYC Environmental
Protection were at the scene. Firefi ghters shut off the water until they were able to
fi x it and restore service to the community.

pounds. He was last seen wearing all dark clothing.
42nd Precinct
Wednesday, April 24 at 2:29 a.m. -- The
NYPD responded to a call of an unconscious woman
inside of an apartment building at 1330 Intervale
Avenue. Upon arrival, officers discovered EMS personnel
administering CPR to a 27-year-old woman
who was unconscious and unresponsive. The
female was pronounced deceased by EMS at the
scene. There were no apparent signs of trauma to
the deceased, and the NYC Medical Examiner will
determine the cause of death. The investigation is
ongoing.
45th Precinct
Thursday, March 7 at 7:10 p.m. -- The NYPD
is asking for the public’s assistance in ascertaining
the whereabouts of an unidentified male individual
that is being sought in connection with a robbery.
The incident occurred near Rowland Street and
Westchester Avenue. A 52-year-old woman was just
about to enter her residential building when an unknown
male individual entered the doorway, pushed
the victim to the ground and forcibly removed the
victim’s purse. The purse contained various ID and
credit cards. It had an estimated value of $30. After
the robbery, the individual fled the location towards
Herschell Street. EMS responded to the scene but
the victim refused medical attention.
Tuesday, April 23 at 9:30 p.m. -- The NYPD is
asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the
male depicted in a photo and wanted for questioning
in connection to an assault.
Cops got a report that a 24-year-old male victim
was siting at a table inside of a seafood restaurant
on City Island at 1 City Island Avenue (Tony’s
Pier Restaurant) when an unidentified men slashed
him across the face following a dispute. The male
fled the location in an unknown direction. The
victim was transported to Jacobi Medical Center
where he was treated for his injury.
The person wanted for questioning was described
a black man in his thirties who is 5’6” tall.
The person was last seen wearing a red baseball
cap, black hooded sweatshirt with red and white
stripes, black sweatpants and white sneakers.
52nd Precinct
Sunday, April 21 at 6:00 p.m.-- The NYPD is
asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the
individual depicted in the attached surveillance video
and photo in connection to a burglary. Near the
vicinity of East 206th Street and Rochambeau Avenue,
a 34-year-old female victim returned home,
discovered property missing and contacted police.
Subsequent investigation determined that on Saturday.
April 20, at approximately 10:30 p.m., an unknown
man was observed on surveillance video inside
of the residence. He took approximately $5,000
in cash from a safe and fled on foot. The individual is

described as a Hispanic man, in his 20s or 30s, who
was last seen wearing all blue clothing.
Friday, April 26 at 7:35 a.m. -- Cops responded
to a 911 call concerning an unconscious person
at a park located at East 204th Street and Webster
Avenue. Upon arriving at the location, police
officers found a 37-year-old man hanging from a
tree. He was fully clothed and unconscious and
unresponsive. EMS responded and pronounced
the individual deceased on the scene at 7:50 a.m.
The NYC Medical Examiner’s Office will determine
the cause of death and the investigation is ongoing
5’10” tall and 190 pounds.
