STUDENTS RELEASE CLASSROOM TROUT
The NYC Department of Environmental Protection on Wednesday, May 8 joined Trout Unlimited,
Bronx Children’s Museum, 12th graders from World View High School and pre-K
students from BronxWorks to release juvenile trout that the students have raised in their
classroom since October 2018.

The 13th annual Bronx Youth Empowerment Program’s YOUTH SPEAKS 2019 Forum was held on Thursday, May 8 at Evander Childs High School Campus. Hosted by Bronx YEP, in partnership
with Councilman Andy King, more than 500 students from elementary, middle and high schools across the Bronx, fi lled the auditorium to listen to constructive dialogue about issues
facing them today and possibly in the future.
