Friends Of Pel Bay Park Host Spring Fundraiser
In keeping with tradition, the Friends of Pelham Bay Park welcomed the spring season with its Summers of Fun: Spring Fundraiser on Wednesday, April 24 at the Pelham
Split Rock Golf Clubhouse, honoring four special friends who support the park. This year’s honorees included Assemblyman Michael Benedetto; Anthony and Paul
Ramirez, Mainland Media, From The Bronx, The Bronx Beer Hall & Taste the Bronx co-founders and Thomas X. Casey, Huntington Free Library president. The fun-fi lled
evening celebrated the timeless legacy of fun summers at Orchard Beach.
