Robotics Talent
Congratulations to our
grandson, Johnny Zerafa,
and his fellow St. Theresa
eighth grade robotics teammates
on winning the First
Place Robot Performance
Award on Sunday, December 2
at Dalton High School.
This ‘Golden Ticket’ qualifi
ed them to move on to the next
robotics competition to be held
in March 2019 at the City College
of New York.

was announced as a 2018
Sailor of the Year Finalist
for the Naval Education and
Training Command at a ceremony
onboard the Naval
Ines Mastrogiovanni, with her
great-granddaughter, Gabriella
Zerafa.

Class Carvajal is a recruit division
commander at Recruit
Training Command at Naval
Station in Great Lakes, Illinois,
where she guided the transformation
of 88 civilians into basically
trained and motivated
sailors, ready for duty in the
fl eet with minimal setbacks due
to academic and physical fi tness
failures.
She has also served as a fl eet
quality assurance inspector.
