DIAZ CELEBRATES VALENTINE’S AT SAGE CENTER
Borough President Ruben Diaz, Jr. visited SAGE Center Bronx for a Valentine’s Day celebration
on Thursday, February 14. The center serves LGBT older adults from across the borough
and throughout the city with lively social events and other resources.

DINOWITZ STANDS WITH NY NURSES
As part of a citywide day of action organized by the New York State Nurses Association,
Assemblyman Jeffrey Dinowitz joined the demonstrating nurses outside of Montefi ore Hospital
to call attention to what NYSNA describes as inadequate staffi ng to ensure quality
patient care. Dinowitz made two stops, one in the morning and another around midday, and
addressed the crowd to show solidarity with their cause.
