Chef Acosta’s food menu covers a range of breakfast
and lunch options, with a focus on “modern American”
cuisine. Many of the items accommodate vegan, vegetar-ian,
gluten-free and dairy-free lifestyles and are clearly
labeled on Gossip’s menu.
Breakfast options include healthy dishes like 24 Hour
Oatmeal served with honey, nuts, seeds and cashew butter
or The Astoria, a scrambled egg dish made with halloumi
cheese, vegetables and basil mayo. For lunch, guests
can nosh on a lobster roll made with Maine lobster on
a brioche bun or the cauliflower tabbouleh mixed with
veggies, herbs and a lemon vinaigrette.
The breakfast menu is served all day, while lunch
is served until 6 p.m. All ingredients used are locally
sourced. Also new at Gossip are the range of stuffed
cookies and pastries, which will be provided by two local
businesses: Duchess Cookies NYC
