a huge asking price.
On March 1, Cushman &
Wakefi eld announced that
it’s handling the sale of the
strip, located at 202-06 – 206-
24 Hillside Ave. Th e seller,
Hillside Ave Partners LLC, is
asking for $9,750,000 for the
property.
