Cut to the chase
A baddie threatened an employee
with a knife after robbing a Nostrand
Avenue store on March 9.
The victim told police the scoundrel
swiped several items of junk
food and attempted to fl ee the store
near Avenue X at 12:10 pm. When
the victim attempted to stop him,
the villain spit in his face and ran
off, police said.
The employee again tried to
stop the crook, and when he caught
up with the man outside, the perp
pulled out a knife and threatened to
kill him, according to police.
Mugged
Two muggers robbed a man on
Ocean Avenue on March 5.
The victim told cops he was on
his way home from school when the
robbers approached him near Avenue
P around 3:30 pm. One of the
perps, approximately 17-years-old,
demanded the victim “give me everything
you have,” and grabbed
his wallet, police said. The other
perp took the victim’s headphones
from his ears and threatened to cut
him, before they both took off toward
Quentin Road, according to
cops.
The victim told police his credit
card was charged following the incident,
cops said.

Violent robbery
A bad guy attacked and robbed
a 62-year-old woman at W. Seventh
Street on March 3.
The pillager followed the victim
from a deli around 9:30 am before
physically attacking her and stealing
a cellphone and $80 near Boynton
Place, according to cops.
The victim was taken to Coney
Island Hospital for treatment, cops
said.
Ex-lovers’ quarrel
A crook broke into his ex-girlfriend’s
Avenue V apartment and
stole cash and a cellphone on March
4.
The woman told police her ex
used a plastic card to open a chain
lock on the door to her apartment
between Stillwell Avenue and W.
13th Street before chasing her to
her bedroom and pushing her to the
ground. The baddie made off at 1 am
with the phone and approximately
$800 before fl eeing the apartment,
according to cops.
Two-on-one
Police arrested two people who
they said assaulted a man and stole
his cellphone on Brighton Sixth
Street on March 10.
The victim told police he was
near Brighton Beach Avenue
around 3 am when one of the muggers
punched him in the face and
grabbed his phone while the other
acted as a lookout, according to
cops.
Police cuffed the men and confi
rmed their identity with the victim,
cops said.
No petting
A brute punched a man who tried
to pet his dog on Mermaid Avenue
on March 6.
The victim suffered cuts and
bruises from the assault, which
took place outside of a liquor store
between W. 30th and W. 31st streets
shortly after 2 pm, cops said.

Three musketeers
Police arrested a trio of goons
who allegedly attacked a guy —
causing pain, bleeding, and multiple
cuts to his head — outside his
76th Street apartment on March 4.
The alleged incident occurred
outside the apartment between New
Utrecht and 17th avenues at around
9:40 am, when the man was on his
way out and two of the ruffi ans
punched him in the face. The third
bruiser allegedly struck the victim
over the head with a beer can. The
man sought treatment at NYU Langone
Hospital-Brooklyn, according
to the report.
Detention time
Some brute assaulted a boy and
stole $350 cash from him at an 80th
Street school on March 6.
The incident occurred at the
school between 16th and 17th avenues
at around 11:25 am, when the
malefactor pushed the boy against
a wall, causing pain to his shoulder,
and then grabbed the wallet from
his pocket before taking the money,
dropping the wallet to the ground,
and fl eeing on foot, according to the
report.
Surprise shooting
A lout shot a man in his leg and

foot at his Bay 34th Street apartment
on March 6.
The shooting occurred at the
apartment between 86th Street and
Benson Avenue at around 8:25 pm,
when the shooter — who was allegedly
wearing a light-colored hoodie
and a dark-colored vest — opened
the door to the man’s apartment
and shot at him, striking him in
the right thigh and left foot, police
said. The man received treatment at
NYU Langone Hospital-Brooklyn,
according to the report.
Cash grab
A punk broke into a man’s car
parked on New Utrecht Avenue and
stole his wallet — with more than
$300 cash and credit and ID cards
inside — at some point between
March 6 and 7.
The theft occurred at the parking
spot between 17th Avenue and 80th
Street at some time after 10 pm on
March 6, when the man parked his
car, according to the report, which
added that he found his rear passenger
window broken and his wallet
missing when he returned to the
car at 6 am the next morning.
Pilfered plastic
A thief swindled a West Sixth
Street woman out of more than
$2,100 by using her credit card information
to make purchases at
some point between March 6 – 9.
The woman, who lives between
Avenue P and Quentin Road, noticed
that the funds were missing
from her account at around 2:30 pm
on March 9, when she received an
email receipt from a store listing
the purchases, according to the report,
which added that the woman
had the card in her possession the
entire time
Blinged-out crook
A punk stole $3,000 cash and jewelry
from a woman’s Bay 41st Street
home on March 9.
The theft occurred between Benson
Avenue and 86th Street shortly
before 8 pm, when the woman arrived
home and spotted the bandit
as he ran downstairs and exited her
home through a kitchen window, according
to the report.
What a tool
A ne’er-do-well stole tools from
a West Eighth Street apartment on
March 10.
The theft occurred at the apartment
between avenues T and U at
around 1 am, according to the report,
which added that the perp entered
through an unlocked basement

E-thief
A thief made off with a woman’s
electric bike she parked on Windsor
Place sometime overnight on
March 3.
The victim told police she locked
up her bike between Eighth Avenue
and Prospect Park West at 7 pm, and
returned the following evening to
fi nd her pricey Urban Arrow E-bike
stolen.
Glocked
A gunman pistol-whipped a man
on 55th Street on March 6.
The victim told police he was
attempting to break up a fi ght between
Seventh and Eighth avenues
at 7:50 pm, when one of the brawlers
brandished a silver fi rearm and
cracked him with it over the mouth,
chipping his tooth.
Bat beatdown
Four brutes beat a man outside
of a Third Avenue nightclub with a
baseball bat on March 11.
The victim told police he was
leaving the bar between 50th and
51st streets at 2:30 am, when one of
the fi ends suddenly smacked him
over the head with a Louisville
slugger, while his buddies started
stomping on him.
Bad company
A thief looted a woman’s 62nd
Street apartment on March 8, taking
her iPhone, jewelry, and passport.
A roommate told police she
heard the suspect sneak into their
home near Fourth Avenue at 3 am,
before ransacking the victim’s bedroom
and fl eeing with an estimated
$500 worth of loot.
Coat check
Some crook beat a man in an
attempt to steal his jacket on 49th
Street on March 9.
The victim told police the thief
jumped him as he was exiting a taxi
between Seventh and Eighth avenues
at 2:01 am, and his attacker
wrestled him to the ground in an attempt
to rip off the coat.
Fortunately, the victim managed
to hold onto his clothing, and the
would-be thief fl ed empty-handed,
