Punch drunk
Cops have given up tracking
down the goon who they said sucker
punched a guy in the bathroom
of a Fifth Avenue watering hole on
Jan. 15.
The victim told police he was
using the facilities at the saloon
between Fifth and Sixth streets at
1:25 am when the other guy clocked
him, sending him on a short-stay
trip to Park Slope’s Methodist Hospital.
The man told police his attacker
was a complete stranger, and he
has no idea what prompted the assault,
cops said.
Game over
Police cuffed a 16-year-old boy
who allegedly stole video games
from a Flatbush Avenue retail juggernaut
on Jan. 14.
An employee told police he spotted
the suspect nab seven games
for the 3DS system at the store
near Atlantic Avenue at 11:55 pm,
and cops arrested him that day on
a misdemeanor larceny charge.
Hit and run
Cops have closed the case on the
reckless driver who sideswiped a
woman’s car and then fl ed on President
Street on Jan. 13.
The victim told police she
parked her 2013 Isuzu between
Fifth and Sixth avenues at 3:30 pm,
and returned later that day to fi nd
a nasty dent in the side of her car.
Police even managed to fi nd a
witness to the collision, but have
closed the case without any arrests,
cops said.
License, please
Police arrested a man for allegedly
attempting to withdraw $2,200
from a Fifth Avenue bank using
fake documents on Jan. 14.
A manager at the bank between
12th and 13th streets told police the
suspect showed a teller a forged
driver’s license and social security
card in an effort to nab the funds
at 1:30 pm.
Cops cuffed the suspect on the
bank manager’s suspicions, which
were later confi rmed when the
man who’s identify the suspect had
allegedly stolen came into the precinct,
and police found they weren’t
even the same race, according to

Caught red-handed
Cops cuffed a teen on Jan. 18 for
swiping merchandise from a Joralemon
Two men wanted for
shooting, killing teen
Street store and punching
an employee.
The 19-year-old suspect was
leaving the store near Court Street
with a bunch of merchandise at
about 2:15 pm when an employee
tried to stop her, she punched him
in his eye, according to authorities.
The suspect fl ed the store and
cops caught her inside the Borough
Hall train station, police said.
Courtroom brawl
Police arrested a teen for assaulting
offi cers inside a Schermerhorn
Street courthouse on Jan. 15.
The 19-year-old shouted “suck
my d---” at a few cops as they tried to
handcuff him inside the court near
Smith Street at about 11:30 am, police
said.
But once they secured his wrists,
he started fl ailing and swinging his
arms, injuring the offi cers and causing
them to seek medical attention,
according to authorities.

Snatched stroller
Some crook stole a guy’s stroller
from outside his Warren Street
house on Jan. 20, police said.
The victim told cops the cur unlocked
his gate outside his apartment
near Smith Street at about
2 am and grabbed his Bugaboo
stroller, according to authorities.
The victim’s cameras caught the
guy in the act, police said.
Bathroom bandit
A nogoodnik stole a guy’s bag he
had hung on a rack in a public bathroom
inside an Atlantic Avenue
building on Jan. 19, police said.
The victim told cops he had put
his bag — with his laptop, earbuds,
voice recorder, and sunglasses inside
it — on a rack in the bathroom
at about 4:15 pm while he went in a
private stall.
When he came out fi ve minutes
later, it was gone, according to authorities.

Tortured artist
A baddie stole a man’s lightbox
from inside its package on Baltic
Street on Jan. 8, the man reported
to police on Jan. 26.
The incident occurred between
Court and Smith streets at some
point between 2:30 and 5:30 pm, police
said.
Overnight swipe
A lout took a man’s license plate
from his black 1999 Honda Civic
parked on Van Brunt Street at some
point between Jan. 24 and Jan. 25.
The thief swiped the plate from
the car parked between Seabring
and Commerce streets sometime
between 5:30 am on Jan. 24 and 7 pm
the following day, police said.
Door drama
Police arrested a woman who allegedly
kicked in a man’s door on
Lorraine Street on Jan. 25.
The man told police the woman
damaged the door of his home between
Henry and Clinton streets
around 1:30 pm, and police arrested
the woman about an hour later.
Clean suspect
Cops caught up with a man for
allegedly stealing four containers
of soap from Hoyt Street on Nov. 22
— arresting him two months later
on Jan. 27.
The alleged incident occurred
between Warren and Baltic streets
around 2:30 pm.
Didn’t get far
Police arrested a man who they
said stole a woman’s cellphone and
credit card at a Hamilton Avenue
restaurant on Jan. 28.
The woman told police she was
eating in the eatery between Bush
and Centre streets around 10 am,
when the phone and cards fell out
of her pocket, and the man swiped
them.
Offi cers arrested the man within
an hour of the alleged incident, according
to the police report.
Petty theft
Offi cers arrested a man who allegedly
stole candy, soda, and ice
cream from a Smith Street drugstore
on Jan. 29.
The alleged incident occurred at
Warren Street just before 5 am.

Police are hunting for the gunman
who shot and killed a teen in Bushwick,
and another male villain
who acted as a lookout during the
deadly attack.
The shooter on Jan. 26 fi red a
single fatal bullet into 19-year-old
Devontee Cameron’s chest near
Bushwick Avenue and Weirfi eld
Street — just down the street from
the teenager’s Weirfi eld Street
home — around 8:50 pm as his accomplice
stood guard, cops said.
The gunfi re sent Cameron
crashing to the ground, while the
pair fl ed on Weirfi eld Street toward
Evergreen Avenue, according to
authorities, who said paramedics
rushed the teen to Wyckoff Hospital,
where doctors pronounced
him dead.
