queenschamber.org THIS IS QUEENSBOROUGH 10 QCC St. Patrick's Day Annual Luncheon at Terrace on the Park On Tuesday, March 16, 2016, the Queens Chamber of Commerce held its annual St. Patrick's Day Luncheon at Terrace on the Park. Over 300 attendees came to celebrate the borough's Irish heritage with a live band and traditional step dancing. This year, the keynote speaker was NYPD Commissioner William J. Bratton who spoke about the initiatives his department has taken to reduce crime in the City to its lowest levels in history. Special guests included Borough President Melinda Katz, NYPD Detective Steven McDonald, Queens County Clerk Audrey Pheffer and Executive Board Member Terri Thomson.
