The LeFrak City Resident Portal: Better service is just a click away Schedule a Maintenance Call Residents can schedule maintenance appointments through the Resident Portal without the frustration of calling and waiting on the phone. Any general repair, whether it’s a plumbing problem or an electrical issue, can be scheduled through the Resident Portal. Gerald Rivera, general manager of LeFrak City, reports that users of the Portal are very happy with the service. “The Portal helps to expedite the process,” Rivera explained. One of the big reasons for faster service is that the form provides space to fully describe the problem so that Maintenance can come to the apartment ready to handle the issue with the necessary tools and supplies. This is much faster than making an initial visit to assess the repair and returning later to do the work. Residents can also include access instructions to the apartment and check on the status of their request, including scheduling confirmation. Step 2: After you are logged into Resident Portal (kingsqueensapts.com/portal ) click Maintenance to enter a work request. Step 3: Complete each section then click “Submit”. Step 4: After you click “Submit”, Portal will display a confirmation message “Your request has been successfully created” and you will receive a email confirmation. Make sure you check your spam folder and add us to your address book. The confirmation means a property management staff member has received your maintenance request and will schedule work accordingly. You will now be able to see the maintenance request on the Request History tab.  Choose priority  Choose category (Appliances or General Repair) Enter a brief description of the issue and the location (e.g. broken closet door in the master bedroom).  Access instructions: e.g. Keep the bedroom door closed because we have a dog. We need your permission to enter your apartment.
