N E W S M A Y 14 L E H A V R E The “Le Havre on the Water” Merchandise Collection! For all of us who love our community! Hola, my name is Valentina Henao, and I have been a resident of Le Havre for about four years (Building 32). Some of you may know me since my son, Sebastian, and I walk Isabella, our French Bull Dog, around the area a lot. There are so many things to love about the Le Havre community—the views, the trees, our gardens and all the activities that are offered to us, especially during the Summer. For this reason, I proposed to the Board and Management for me to work on a merchandise collection that displays our logo in a fun and exciting way. I am happy to announce that this Summer we are launching the Le Havre Collection which will include T-shirts, hats, beach bags and towels for men, women, and kids. We want your support as well as your feedback on the collection. If you have any suggestions, please pass them on to Nick Santo, Clubhouse Manager, or you can email me at v.henao@ me.com. We are open to growing the collection and to having a lot of fun and exciting items for you and your family. In the near future, we are also looking to get the community involved to make a limited edition T-shirt or beach bag with a photo or painting that can be displayed showing one of the great views of Le Havre. For this contest, we will invite all artists to submit their artwork, and one image will be chosen for printing. We will use this collection to do raffles or special occasion gifts. It is up to us to make this collection successful, and it is up to us to wear it and use it with love and pride. I know I will!!!! Details of this contest will be communicated later this Summer. Let’s all have FUN with our collection. I invite you to stop by the Clubhouse and the pool to look at what we are offering. Please note that this collection will only be available when the pool season opens starting May 27th. In addition, some of the proceeds will be donated to St Mary’s Hospital for Children in Bayside.
