Summer’s right around the corner and the Clubhouse is gearing up for the action.Mark your calendar for Saturday, May 27, when Pool #2 opens and things start to get into full swing.Pool #2 will be open daily, 10am-8pm. In addition to the new chairs from last year, more chairs have been ordered for this season. Also beginning May 27, summer gym hours will be 6am-10pm Monday through Friday and 9am-8pm Saturday and Sunday. This year the gym boasts a lot of new equipment and continues to offer aerobics classes as well as sessions in senior fitness, yoga, Latin dance and more. The tennis courts are already open and hours are daily, 9am until dusk, until the fall. Contact the Clubhouse for more information. The Clubhouse will remain open until 8pm Monday through Sunday as of May 27 as well, and Le Havre’s new café, Sunflower Bistro, will be up and running Tuesdays through Sundays (closed on Mondays) throughout the summer. Pool #1 will also be open daily from 10am to 8pm when it opens on June 24. New dining chairs have been ordered for pool goers’ comfort. Membership enrollment, which runs for one year, began on May 1. For your convenience, memberships will also be taken on the following dates and times: Saturday, May 13, 1pm-6pm Sunday, May 14, 10am-3pm Monday, May 15, 5p-9pm Thursday, May 18, 5pm-9pm Friday, May 19, 5pm-9pm Please bring proof of residency (New York State photo I.D. and maintenance bill). Renewing members are reminded not to discard their swipe cards. The cards are reusable each year, and a replacement will cost $15. If your card is damaged and cannot be used it will be replaced free of charge.
