I am hoping that everyone will be enjoying the warm weather amenities shortly. FINANCIAL: The 9 months ending March 31, 2017 (budgeted versus actual) showed revenues of $12,308,002 (74.39%) of the budgeted amount of $16,544,208 and total expenses of $11,446.016 (72.40%) of the budgeted amount of $15,794,662 as reported by our accountants. HALLWAYS & LOBBIES: The designer chosen for the refurbishing of the hallways and lobbies (EBK Group LLC Architectural Design) is working on developing specifications for various options for the upgrade project. These specifications and options will be presented to the Board of Directors for review and, as stated previously, ultimately there will be displays in the clubhouse of the selection made. I will continue to update you as more information becomes available. CONCESSION: I am pleased to announce that I have received positive reviews on the new concession in our clubhouse. I hope that more residents will come down to patronize this café. I have heard that the food is excellent and it is well run by Anna Maola. MERCHANDISE: In the near future we hope to have on display in the clubhouse a number of items with the Le Havre logo on them. These items will consist of tee shirts, caps, water bottles, towels and totes etc., etc. We will notify all residents when they become available for viewing and purchasing.
