GJONAJ, MERCHANTS TOUR ALLERTON
As part of Walk the District with Councilman Mark Gjonaj, the councilman toured the Allerton
Avenue area with the Allerton International Merchants Association representatives to
hear about issues in this area such as garbage pile ups, rodent issues and sinkholes among
many other local concerns.

The Bronx YMCA hosted its annual campaign on Thursday, February 28 at Pelham Bay/Split
Rock Golf Course. The celebration marked the offi cial start of the Bronx YMCA’s annual
fundraising campaign to support the local branch.
