The Jewish Community Council of Pelham Parkway honored several local leaders at its 42nd annual breakfast gala on
Sunday, March 31 at Bronx House. This year’s honorees included Senator Alessandra Biaggi; Assemblywoman Nathalia
Fernandez; Councilman Mark Gjonaj; Laura Guerriero, Bronx Times Reporter publisher and Young Leadership Award
