Between 3 and 10 p.m. on March 7, authorities said, 45-year-old James Love molested the 6-year-old at an apartment in the Woodside Houses on 51st Street and Broadway. The complaint alleges that Love touched the girl’s genitals with his hand over her clothes. On June 2 during the same time, Love repeated this action and then also allegedly rubbed his genitals against the girl’s genitals when their clothes were still on. He also tried to put his hand under her clothing multiple times and exposed According to the criminal complaint, Love also  placed the victim’s hand on his genitals. The New York Post  reported that Love was a pastor at  New Mount Zion Baptist Church in Manhattan. The NYPD and the Queens District Attorney’s office could not confirm this. Love was charged with two counts of sexual abuse in the first degree and two counts of endangering A spokesperson for Queens District Attorney Richard A. Brown said Love was arranged on June 6 and bail was set at $10,000. Two separate fights at Flushing restaurants resulted in slashing and a beer bottle attack on patrons Their beef came with a side of violence. The NYPD seeks the public’s help in finding two individuals who attacked patrons at Flushing  restaurants in a pair of unrelated assaults that occurred in recent weeks. Regarding the first case, police identified the suspect behind the April 11 stabbing of a 40-yearold man inside Wai Lou Restaurant located at 135-21 40th Rd. At about 3:35 p.m. on April 11, authorities said, Da Bao Huang got into a verbal dispute with the victim for reasons that remain under investigation. The argument turned physical when Huang allegedly displayed a knife and slashed the man in the neck and right hand. The victim brought himself to a local hospital for treatment of his injuries, which were not lifethreatening. In the second case, police said, an unidentified female attacked another woman with a beer bottle inside the Beijing Style BBQ restaurant located at 41-83 Bowne St. at 11:45 p.m. on the night of May 30. This man is responsible for stealing $3,778 from 6 bank accounts in Astoria and Brooklyn Police are searching for a man who withdrew a total of $3,778 from six different bank accounts across Astoria  and Brooklyn in March and April. The suspect, described as a white male last seen wearing a dark-colored hat and a beard, is responsible for hitting up several banks across Queens and Brooklyn and using stolen credit cards to make transactions. His first hit occurred on March 25 at 10 a.m. when he made unauthorized transactions from a 39-year-old male victim’s checking account at a Citibank located at 25-91 Steinway St. The individual withdrew approximately $503 from his account, police said. On April 12, at approximately 8 a.m., the suspect made unauthorized  transactions from a 46-year-old male victim’s debit card in Flatbush, Brooklyn. He withdrew approximately $530 in total from his account. The suspect made four unauthorized transactions on April 28 alone. At 12:01 a.m., he used a 55-year-old male victim’s Federal Credit Union debit card at several ATM machines in Queens and Brooklyn  to withdraw approximately $1,053 in total from his account, police said. At 1:16 p.m., he took a total of $403 from an ATM in Brooklyn. Police said he used a 50-year-old male victim’s Citibank debit card. Just two hours later, at 3 p.m., he made unauthorized transactions from a 29-year-old female victim’s debit account using her personal information from a TD Bank located in Brooklyn. He withdrew approximately $483 in total from her account. He used a 29-year-old male’s debit card just an hour later to withdraw $806 from an ATM in Brooklyn.
