NYS Homes and Community Renewal, Foxy Management and partners celebrated the start of construction for Arthur Avenue Senior Apartments, a $91 million affordable and supportive
housing development with 176 apartments for Tremont elders 62-years-old and older on Friday, March 1 at 600 E. 179th Street.
